In a supportive, structured environment, you can gain new perspectives, practice skills, and feel less alone in your journey. All groups are offered free of charge to reduce barriers to accessing mental health care.
Eating Disorder Group for Adults
Open — Ongoing weekly group starting the week of 2/23
A supportive space for any adult (18+) working on their relationship with food and body image. No diagnosis is needed to join — this group is for anyone who wants support around eating or body image concerns. It combines psychoeducation, skill-building, and peer support.
Who this is for:
- •Any adult 18+ in any stage of eating disorder recovery
- •Those working on body image concerns
- •People seeking community support for their journey
Format
Weekly sessions, 50 minutes
Schedule: Mondays at 6pm

Art Therapy Group for Teens
Open — Ongoing weekly group starting the week of 2/23
A creative, expressive space where teens can explore their feelings through art-making. No artistic experience is needed — the focus is on self-expression and connection, not creating perfect art.
Who this is for:
- •Teens looking for a creative outlet for their emotions
- •Young people navigating anxiety, stress, or life changes
- •Teens who find it easier to express themselves through art than words
